I continue to be a bit of a sore puppy. I went trail riding on Sunday and between all the crashes and lots of time on the bike, my whole body hurts.
I went for a short run yesterday morning which seemed to help cut the soreness down some. Today I intended to go for a short run but felt good and ended up doing my longest run yet.

Hot and sunny, feels like summer is really here finally. We took the trailer into New Plymouth and picked up a load of garden mix for the gardens. I filled the new garden I made a while back and stock piled the remainder.

So much for summer, cool and wet today. It was just misty out when Piper and Jazmine dragged me out for a run, but it gradually built up to rain by noon.
